From $2.00 per item, no annual contract required (if your agency needs one for procurement, annual agreements are available at the same per-item prices), and you retain ownership rights over your data at all times. You’re billed monthly for what you actually use, with no volume tiers, no minimums and no surprises.

One price per item. No volume tiers, no minimums.
You send us your invoices, receipts or work orders. The MABLE team reads, checks, codes and matches each one the way a trained staff member would, flags anything that looks off, and quality-checks every item, while approval stays with your staff. MABLE uses its own software to deliver fully managed service at a fraction of normal costs. Most actions are completed from start to finish in under 5 minutes, depending on the action and outcome. If we get something wrong, we fix it free, and the fix doesn’t count toward your usage. You pay only for the items we handle.
Worked example
An agency picks Invoices on the Core package, at $2.25 per invoice. In a month with 400 invoices it pays 400 × $2.25 = $900.00. In a busier month with 520 invoices it pays 520 × $2.25 = $1,170.00. The price per invoice never changes. Multi-module estimate example: Invoices on Core at 6,000 a year ($13,500.00/yr or $1,125.00/mo) + Work Orders on Starter at 3,000 a year ($6,750.00/yr or $562.50/mo) = $20,250.00/yr ($1,687.50/mo).

The fine print, kept short
Billing Terms
At the start of each month, we invoice for the items MABLE handled the month before, with no minimums and no surprises. No annual contract required (if your agency needs one for procurement, annual agreements are available at the same per-item prices).
Pay by ACH bank transfer, credit card or debit card.
Usage cap
Set an optional monthly or annual usage cap for cost control. We notify your account administrators at 75%, 90% and 100% of your cap.
At 100%, creating new invoices, receipts or work orders pauses until the cap is adjusted or the next monthly billing cycle begins. Raise or lower your cap any time with a simple change order request.
Own your data & security
You own your data. While your subscription stays active, MABLE retains your records for up to 5 years. You can export at any time. If you cancel, you keep access while we package and export your data to you within 30 days. Hosted on AWS, SOC II compliant, in your own isolated Organization Workspace.
What’s included & service commitment
Every service package includes setup by the MABLE team. Send us your users and data, and we configure your Organization Workspace within 24–36 hours and walk your team through it. MABLE can integrate with or migrate data into your existing system (Yardi, Tenmast, MRI, Emphasys and others) depending on your current infrastructure; integrations and migrations may take longer.
