Where we are (100% US-based)
The MABLE team is all US-based, headquartered in Arlington, VA, with a satellite office in Charlotte, NC.
How the service works & turnaround
MABLE uses its own software to offer fully managed services at a fraction of normal costs. Turnaround depends on the action and the outcome; most actions are completed from start to finish in under 5 minutes. If we get something wrong, we fix it free, and the fix doesn’t count toward your usage.
Works with your current system
MABLE can connect to or migrate data into your existing system (Yardi, Tenmast, MRI, Emphasys and others), depending on your current technical setup. We cover this on the demo call.
Who we’re a fit for, and who we aren’t
Built for Public Housing Authorities, Housing & Community Development Agencies, and Property Managers. Not built for organizations outside housing that don’t answer to compliance rules, federal reporting or auditors.
Your data & security
You own your data.
Always yours (5-year retention)
While your subscription stays active, MABLE retains your records for up to 5 years. You can export at any time. If you cancel, you keep access while we package and export your data to you within 30 days.
AWS & SOC II security
Hosted in a secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment and encrypted. MABLE is SOC II compliant. Each client’s work is handled in its own isolated Organization Workspace, and your data is never mixed with another client’s data or used to train models.
Access & PII protection
Security controls in each module decide who can view, edit, create or delete data. Sign-in works with SSO and 2FA. Only a limited number of MABLE staff can access customer data, and sensitive data (including PII) is never displayed directly in the software.
