SMS Consent
MABLE Technologies LLC (dba Mable Software) sends account notification text messages to users who have consented to receive them. This page explains how we collect that consent, the script we read aloud, and how you can opt out at any time.
1. What You Are Consenting To
Program Name: MABLE Software Account Notifications.
Message Types: Work Order account notifications, such as assignments, ready-for-review alerts, and status updates. These are informational messages and are not marketing messages.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
2. How Consent Is Collected
Consent is collected verbally during in-person onboarding with a MABLE Software representative. Before any text messages are sent, the representative reads the consent script below to the user. The user must clearly say "yes" to agree. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. No text messages are sent to a user who declines or does not respond.
3. Verbal Consent Script
"MABLE Software would like to text you Work Order account notifications, such as assignments and status updates. These are not marketing texts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out or HELP for help. Do you agree to receive these texts at this number? Please say "yes" if you agree."
4. How Consent Is Recorded
After the user says yes, the representative records the user's mobile number, the date, and that verbal consent was given in the user's account record. A confirmation text is then sent to verify enrollment:
"MABLE Software: You're enrolled in Work Order account notifications. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
5. Opting Out and Getting Help
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation, and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@mablesoftware.com.
6. Privacy and Terms
