Malcolm Westbrook
Founder | Chief Executive Officer
Malcolm lived in and built his career inside the same kinds of housing agencies MABLE now serves. He has led more than 50 data audits and built more than 20 tools for agencies across the country, covering everything from waiting lists and budgets to contracts and work orders. Before serving as Chief Security & Information Officer at a housing authority, Malcolm spent years in commercial real estate, closing more than $100 million in transactions across most of the United States.

He has led more than 50 data audits and built more than 20 tools for agencies across the country, covering everything from waiting lists and budgets to contracts and work orders. Before serving as Chief Security & Information Officer at a housing authority, Malcolm spent years in commercial real estate, closing more than $100 million in transactions across most of the United States.

Doug has spent his career building tools that make government work better for the people who rely on it. He has served as a Director of Information & Security within Housing Agencies, built more than 15 tools for housing authorities, redesigned IRS tax forms now used by over 12 million taxpayers, and worked with over 7 federal agencies including the National Park Service and NOAA.
